Each candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches using Eco-friendly Rapeseed & Coconut blended wax and using premium ingredients to ensure quality and scent throw.

We feature a wide range of fragrances from fresh florals, refreshing laundry scents, to very zesty and fruity, or to create a cosy aroma in your home which is perfect for any season.

Absolutely, we offer beautifully packaged gift sets ideal for all occasions, both online and in-store.

 

How do I stop my candle from tunnelling?

The most common reason for candle tunnelling is not lighting it properly the first time. When you light a brand new candle for the first time. It’s crucial to do it right since it affects every burn after that. So take care when lighting your candle for the first time.

Make sure you have a few hours free, as fully melting the wax on the surface takes longer first time around, for smaller candles, it takes about 2 to 3 hours to melt the wax completely. Larger candles at least 4 hours or until the entire surface is melted before extinguishing.

If you burn a candle for just an hour, only part of the wax melts. The un-melted wax will stay that way for all future burns. That’s why it’s so important to get a full burn across the surface during the first use.

Can I recycle my candle or reed diffusers jars?

Yes absolutely, all our glass can be recycled. The paint on our glass vessels is non-toxic and can be handled by most recycling centres. Just make sure it’s cleaned, labels and bows removed, and for candle jars the wick pin and pad are removed beforehand.

OR………Re-use it, we offer candle and reed diffuser refills!

You can also recycle you snap bar clam shells, just remove the label first.

 

Are any of your products, ingredients tested on animals?

In short NO.

All of our ingredients are sourced within the UK and Europe. All of our fragrance oils are certified vegan as are our waxes, reed diffusers bases, room spray bases, etc.

 

How long will my online order take to arrive?

We aim to ship all online orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy times this may take a little longer, but we will do our best to make this clear at checkout.
